It's a beautiful time of year; Rick's favorite, actually, and Rick is spending tons of time in the studio on a few end-of-year projects. Currently he is working with amazing soprano vocalist Renee Parisi and the sultry soul voice of Britt Marie Cronk.
Renee covered Rick's Holiday classic "An Angel of My Own" which is released as of OCtoiber 31, 2007, and is now well into the gentle sound of "65 Roses" . Britt has placed her sultry, soulful voice on "Saving Baghdad", and is now working with Rick on his second CD, "Where Rivers Run."
Rick recently began work with musician/composer Dale Johnson. According to chatter from the studio, Rick says, "Dale brings years of maturity and experience with him. His guitar and drum play is captivating. He has a style like none other. And he's easy to work with. He works hard and he fits like comfortable old jeans. He keeps the studio lite and fun."
A number of exciting projects are on the near horizon, including a theme concert series. Locations, times, and dates are being considered. Tagged the "Where Rivers Run" tour, it is expected to be a musical depiction of earth being born, erupting until the rain sets in, and then cooling with the growth of forests and fields. and typical of E Rick Rinaldi music, all emotions will be reached. It is not a matter of genre when you experience E Rick Rinaldi; it is instead an ebb and flow, a rise and fall, a slow pulse and a heavy pulsation. More concert details will be released soon.
